Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@rennglanz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, items must be sent to the following address:

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure your return includes your original order number and relevant contact details so we can process your return efficiently.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@rennglanz.co.uk.
